I was able to watch one of the best NBA games on TV last March 22. I'm glad I was able to stay awake to finish the nail biter. It was a 139-137 L.A. Lakers squeaker over the fiery Phoenix Suns. I was cheering for Grant Hill and team but Kobe and his impressive clutch plays spelled the difference.

Charlie's Grind & Grill

A couple of weird things happened to us at Charlie's--Meow ordered chicken burger but when her order arrived, she turned suspicious at the odd looking patty and asked me to taste it--and true enough, it was Angus beef! We sent it back to the grill. We also made an extra order of fries but when it arrived, instead of the fries, the lady gave us a take-away bag with two burgers. Wow! Well, we said we just ordered for fries. It's the last day of the week and I think the crew are all too tired. I hope they didn't throw away the three extra burgers they made for us.
